ChairCalm sends optional SMS alerts to family members and care contacts. Consent is voluntary, separate from account sign-up, and revocable at any time.

ChairCalm, a product of Gerenet LLC, is a wellness awareness app for people on dialysis. Text messages are optional and help the family members a patient chooses stay informed during treatment. Each person receives them only after their own explicit opt-in.

Messages are sent by Gerenet LLC for ChairCalm from a registered US number, and every message starts with "GERENET/ChairCalm:". Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per treatment day.
We never send text messages without your own affirmative consent. Creating a ChairCalm account does not enroll you. You opt in by checking the separate, optional texting box (at sign-up, on the SMS consent page, or in your profile), or, if a patient invited you, by replying YES to the one invitation text. Nothing else is sent until you do.
This checkbox is always optional and unchecked by default. It is never bundled with, or implied by, our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
STOP (also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT): stops all ChairCalm messages to your number. You will receive one confirmation.
START or UNSTOP (also YES): resubscribes a number that was invited by a patient and previously opted in or replied YES to the invitation.
HELP (also INFO): sends program and contact information. HELP is answered even after you opt out.
ChairCalm does not send appointment reminders, marketing, or promotional messages.
You will receive one final confirmation after opting out. No further messages will be sent.
Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. ChairCalm does not charge separately for SMS. Contact your carrier for plan details.
Your phone number is used solely to deliver ChairCalm notifications. We do not sell, share, or transfer your mobile number for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP to receive contact information and opt-out instructions within one business day.
ChairCalm SMS works with all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Boost, Cricket, and others.
