ChairCalm is a care coordination platform that helps families and care teams stay informed when a patient or loved one needs assistance. SMS notifications are an optional feature enabled only after explicit, standalone opt-in by each contact.

Messages are sent by ChairCalm / Gerenetco LLC. The sender may appear as "ChairCalm" or a registered short or long code. Message frequency varies by care activity. Typically 1 to 5 messages per week per contact.
We will never send SMS messages without your affirmative, standalone consent. Creating a ChairCalm account does not enroll you in SMS notifications. Each contact must opt in separately before any message is sent.
This checkbox appears alone — it is never bundled with, or implied by, our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
