How SMS notifications work
ChairCalm sends optional SMS alerts to family members and care contacts. Messaging is always opt-in, separate from account registration, and can be stopped at any time.
The primary user chooses which family members or care providers should receive SMS updates.
Each contact must check a standalone consent box — never bundled with other agreements.
Coordination reminders and status updates only. Never marketing or promotional messages.
Reply STOP to any message or disable in account settings. Immediate and always honored.
