By accessing or using the ChaircAlm application ("ChaircAlm," "the App," or "the Service") operated by GereNetCo LLC ("GereNetCo," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use ChaircAlm.
ChaircAlm is currently in private beta testing. Access is limited to approved beta participants who have completed the beta agreement and informed consent process.
ChaircAlm is NOT a medical device. ChaircAlm does NOT provide medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
ChaircAlm is a personal awareness and communication tool built from patient experience — not clinical expertise. The app is designed to support — not replace — your clinical care team.
Always follow your care team's clinical guidance. Do not delay seeking medical attention based on anything displayed in ChaircAlm. When in doubt, contact your nurse or care team immediately.
ChaircAlm has not been reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body.
ChaircAlm is currently in active beta development. As a beta user you acknowledge that:
- The application is not a finished product and features may change
- You will provide feedback to help improve ChaircAlm
- The application may contain bugs or errors
- GereNetCo may modify, suspend, or discontinue the beta at any time
- Beta access may be revoked at GereNetCo's discretion
By providing your phone number and enrolling in ChaircAlm SMS alerts, you consent to receive text messages from ChaircAlm at the number provided. Message types include patient safety alerts, nurse flag notifications, and optional session updates.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any ChaircAlm message. You may also disable SMS in app settings or email gerenet@gerenetco.com.
To get help: Reply HELP to any ChaircAlm message.
To re-subscribe: Reply START after opting out.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on treatment activity — typically 0 to 3 messages per session.

As a ChaircAlm user you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration and onboarding
- Use ChaircAlm only as a personal awareness tool — not as a substitute for medical care
- Always follow your clinical care team's guidance
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not use ChaircAlm for any unlawful purpose
- Notify GereNetCo of any security breaches or unauthorized use
ChaircAlm and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by GereNetCo LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent pending, and other intellectual property laws.
The ChaircAlm baseline learning system is the subject of a provisional patent application filed April 14, 2026 by GereNetCo LLC.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of ChaircAlm without written permission from GereNetCo LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GereNetCo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ChaircAlm.
GereNetCo LLC is not liable for any clinical decisions made based on information displayed in ChaircAlm. ChaircAlm is a personal awareness tool only.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
